The mods of cloud_watchers felt like we should clarify our feelings about a new idea that seems to be picking up steam elsewhere in the internet VM community. I just got an email from Alex at Slaverats. Apparently, their fan featurette project has fallen through due to legal concerns by the WB's lawyers. Here's what Alex wrote:

So Cloud Watchers is taking donations again. We have enough to print and distribute 20,000 flyers in NY and LA, but if we can raise $600 in the next few days, we can add 10,000 flyers and another city (or two) to the distribution list. (Chicago and Philly are the 3rd and 4th Nielsen markets respectively.)

I am going to be flying to San Diego on Sunday to shoot my walk-on role. They will be shooting my scene on Monday and I will be leaving San Diego on Tuesday afternoon. I will let you all know how things go when I get back. Wish me luck!

I'm sure the news is going to get out sooner or later, so I thought I'd be the first to post it. I won the raffle for the walk on role on Veronica Mars.  I just found out today.
